This comforter is very practical, and I think it is suitable for spring, summer and autumn. It is affordable and beautiful, and it is a boon for hot sleeper!
This comforter is indeed as cool as advertised, but the premise is to move around, if I stay in the same position for too long, I still feel warm. The cooling only lasts about 10 minutes, so I can only give it three stars.
The comforter is cool - both in its gradient design and in its touch. The seller said that this comforter uses Japanese arc cooling technology, although I do not understand the term, but I can personally feel that it is very cool and absorb sweat, I can spend every night dry and cool.
Summer is always hard for me, I always sleep very hot, and my parents always turn off the air conditioner at night since I was a kid. For me who is already an adult, I can afford to spend the whole night of air conditioning, but I don't like the cool air conditioning and I still can't have a good sleep. I learned about the concept of Q-Max. This is the fifth cooling comforter I tried. The previous ones were only about 0.4 Q-Max (lower than the Q-Max>0.5 they advertised). This comforter met the standard ! It turns out it has no false propaganda. I'm very happy.
This comforter is so smooth. It feels like it adjusts to my body temperature, and I'm not hot at all. But it's not too cold either. The gradual transition from dark gray to light gray is not very obvious and looks comfortable. But when I move around the bed, the comforter doesn't hold, and I guess that's my only complaint.
